How to
Apply
Applying is
simple. First print out and complete
our 2 page Pre-Admission questionnaire.
It is available in either
Word or
Adobe Acrobat
format. We are required by
law to obtain motor vehicle driving records for every
student. We also do a criminal
background check as a method of helping to determine
employment eligibility.
After completing and having both pages notarized, mail
them, along with a non-refundable $15 check for processing,
(no cash please) to:

After we review
the information, we will contact you either by phone or
e-mail to complete the process.
The processing fee of $15 will be applied to your tuition
when you are enrolled.
