Truck Driving Academy

The Truck Driving Academy offers training for driving any and all vehicles on the road today.  We offer the basic Class A CDL with airbrake, combination vehicle, double/triple, tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.  In addition we offer both passenger and school bus endorsements for an additional fee.

To qualify for employment as a professional over-the-road driver, you must be 21 year of age and  hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License.  You must also pass an DOT physical exam as well as an alcohol and controlled substance test. 

For intrastate Ohio, applicants may qualify at 18  years of age.  To enroll in the program, you must possess a valid Ohio drivers license.  The TDA will reimburse the costs of acquiring a valid Ohio drivers license for qualified out of state students.
